About Rochdale Funerals
My name is Diane, and I became a celebrant after attending a number of funerals that, while well-meaning, left families feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. I realised how deeply important it is to create a ceremony that not only honours someone’s life but truly reflects who they were.
At Rochdale Funerals, I aim to create services that are respectful, genuine, and quietly powerful. Whether it’s a moment of silence, a heartfelt memory, or even a gentle laugh, every part of the service is shaped with intention. I listen carefully to your wishes, and work with you to ensure that what we create feels right, meaningful, dignified, and never rushed.
My approach is calm and personal. This is a space for reflection, for care, and for holding each person’s story with sincerity and respect. I’m here to walk alongside you and help make the difficult feel just a little more manageable.
My Approach
- 1. Listen: We speak about your loved one’s story and your wishes for the day.
- 2. Create: I prepare a ceremony that feels meaningful, personal, and right for you.
- 3. Deliver: On the day, I lead the service with warmth, confidence, and compassion.
